Professor Efraim Inbar is Professor of Political Studies at Bar-Ilan University, Director of the Begin-Sadat (BESA) Centre for Strategic Studies and fellow at the Middle East Forum (US).

He addressed the ongoing regional upheaval in the wake of the Arab Spring at an AIJAC function in Melbourne, 23 October 2013.
