National Media & Public Affairs Officer

 

The Australia/Israel & Jewish Affairs Council (AIJAC) is seeking a highly motivated person, with an interest in public policy issues of concern to Jewish Australians, to join our Sydney team.

If you are looking for a diverse working schedule, including liaising with national (and some international) media and politicians, involvement in the Rambam Israel Study Program, research, analysis and writing and you have a good understanding of Australian politics, Middle East matters and more, this will be a rewarding and fulfilling position for you.

Good communication skills are essential, as well as a relevant tertiary degree and social media skills. Experience in the Australian media, politics and/or public relations preferred. The salary for this full-time position will be negotiated commensurate with experience.
